Repair Policy:

For Labour:

All labour and charges are protected under a 30-day window for issues that arise related to the repair in question. All unrelated problems will be subject to further labour charges. For example, if you called MobiTek to come fix your computers power supply problem and it burns out 2 weeks later, you would be covered and we would replace the faulty product at no extra charge. In this case, the manufacturer would need to replace their defective product, but we will re-repair the computer for nothing as a courtesy. However, if you had the power supply working and all of a sudden you get a virus, you are not covered under this warranty because it is an entirely unrelated problem. MobiTek fully reserves all right to determine whether problems are a result of faulty labour or a result of the clients misuse. We do reserve the right to refuse service, even without reason.

For All Hardware:

All hardware changes that are involved in repairs are covered by the manufacturer only, and additional service charges will be made, depending on the degree and circumstances of the situation.

•  We are in NO WAY responsible for repair problems that are greater than 90 days old.

•  All repaired products will be "sticker-ed", in the event this sticker seal is modified, broken, removed, defaced or in any other way manipulated, any and all service warranties and all insurance claims are revoke immediately by the client.

•  Note: We are insured, in the even that our company is held liable for damage towards a client, we are fully insured.
