MobiTek has both residential services and business services that are available at either a predetermined flat rate or on a per hour basis. It's up to the client to choose the best option, while remaining informed on the time it might take for the repair. In some cases a virus tune up can take 10 mins or even 2 hours, depending on the computer's speed and health. In these cases we would suggest a flat rate. With other services such as initial computer set up, an hourly rate might be the best option. We make sure our customers understand how long a task might take, and that they choose most inexpensive option for the job. There is no need to be "surprised" when you pick up your computer. We also might suggest that we take the computer to our shop and deliver it to you when finished, in some cases.

Please take into consideration that some repairs make require the need to take the PC out of the home for make different types of repairs and replacements. In this case, we will unplug the computer for you, take it to our repair office. Fix it and clean it for you and then deliver it to your home, hook it back up and verify that all parts are working as they should be. There is no extra cost in the event we might need to take the computer in.

Our services are in-home or in-office, we are on call 24/7, whenever you need us. Some emergencies may have a fee appended on the service, depending on the circumstances at the time. If you have questions about emergency services, feel free to contact us. Most emergency services are dealt with the same level of service as booked appointments.

You CAN drop your computer off at our service shop, anytime of the day. Please call us before you drop it off, just so we can be expecting you. This is normally a good option if you are comfortable with unplugging your computer and/or it's not booting at all. Clients who do drop their computers off themselves and are in boot-able condition, will receive 10% off their invoice.
