$45 per hour

Rates may vary depending on job, such as a flat rate versus and hourly rate. They will be agreed upon before work commences.

Seniors discounts are available. We will beat any competitors quote.

Computer Training

For everyone - $30 per hour.

Remote Control Assistance

$30.00 per hour, with a minimum of 1 hour, $25.00 per hour thereafter.

 Gift Certificates

Are available in any amount and make great gifts for those who are new to computers or would like to learn something new. Contact us today for details.

Prepaid Computer Help

Prepaid plans are available and are usually cheaper than the hourly rate. Prepaid plans cannot be used on the same day purchased. Please contact us for more information and to order a prepaid solution that fits your needs. Great for businesses! Service contracts are available.

We can help set up television systems, computer systems, camera systems, cable boxes, satellite boxes and we can even show you how they work!

Please note that in all cases a minimum of 1 hour will be charged for all calls. Our no fuel surcharge is limited to within the Greater Peterborough Area or up to 15-20 minutes of travel time. Customer/Clients/Businesses more than 15-20 minutes will be billed for gas and time beyond. For example, if you live 30 minutes from Peterborough, you would only pay gas surcharge for 15 minutes. This surcharge is calculated using gasbuddy.com and uses the current day's rate for gas. We regret have no other choice to charge these fees due to the increasing prices of fuel in our modern world. Also note one-time (or continuing) service agreements must be signed before any work commences.
